how can i get a refill on my prescription?

so first, how do refills work?

For your convenience, the pharmacy processes your refills automatically based on the shipping cadence you chose for your subscription during your medical visit. We offer a number of different choices depending on your prescription.

  • For example, if you chose a monthly option, your next refill will begin processing a month after the process date of your last order on the subscription.

when will my next refill be processed?

You can check the next refill process date on the Subscriptions page of your account. Here's how:

  • First, head over to the Hims or Hers website and log into your account.
  • Hims account: once logged in, click on the menu icon at the top right corner of the page (three horizontal lines) to pull up the black sidebar. On this, click "Account" to bring up the menu.
    • It should look like this:

  • Hers account: once logged in, click on the "ACCOUNT" button at the top right corner of the page (white button to the left of the cart symbol). It should look like this:

  • After this step, you should see the account options at the top of the page. From here, click on "Subscriptions" as circled in the screenshot below.

  • Now you should see a page with all of your subscriptions. Scroll down to the one that you'd like to check to view your next order process date.
    • Below is a screenshot of a subscription. You can click "Manage" to view more details and options.
