what is your refund policy?

You can cancel your subscription or change your next refill process date at any time, but we ask that you send us a clear request at least 48 hours prior to your next order process date. We cannot guarantee a refund if you request cancellation after the pharmacy has processed your order.

Please see the article "how do i snooze or cancel my next order?" for more information on how to manage your subscription and check your next order process date.

Important Note: snoozing your subscription or changing the next order date will not cancel your subscription.
