how do i log into my account?

From a computer:

1. Go to forhims.com or forhers.com
2. In the upper right hand corner, click on log in
3. Enter email address & password 
4. If you've forgotten your password, please click on "forgot password" below the log in section

from a mobile device:

1. Go to forhims.com or forhers.com
2. In the upper left hand corner, click on the 3 horizontal lines
3. Click "log in" near the bottom of the prompted menu
4. Enter email address & password
