Since this treatment is a prescription medication, after you place your order you will be prompted to complete a medical assessment which will be reviewed by a doctor. what are the potential side effects?

Common side effects of the hers acne treatment include:

Warmth or stinging immediately after applying the medication.

Other side effects:

Skin tingling, itching, redness, swelling, dryness, peeling, scaling, irritation, discolored skin, or worsening of acne during the first 2-4 weeks of using the medication.

why is my renewal prescription different?

We are constantly working to update the skin products available through our platform so our customers can access the most effective treatments at an affordable price. 

Your prescription may be adjusted if your healthcare provider deems your medical needs would be better treated with a different medication, or if the formula you were previously prescribed is no longer available. 

Currently the following active ingredient strength options are available: 

Tretinoin: 0.0125%, 0.022%, 0.035% 

Clindamycin: 1% 

Niacinamide: 4%
