If you would like to modify your next order or cancel your subscription:
1) Please start by logging into your account at forhims.com.
2) Select 'orders' from the drop-down menu.
3) Click the 'modify' button and either adjust the contents of your subscription by selecting 'customize' or click where it says 'cancel subscription' to stop all future shipments.
You can also cancel, modify, or postpone your next order by giving us a call at 1 (800) 368-0038 (please make sure you have your order ID/shipment number & your date of birth ready!), or shoot us a message on our email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or live chat and we will be happy to take care of that for you.
*Please keep in mind that our team needs at a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to your processing date in order to cancel or make adjustments to your next shipment.*
Refunds are not guaranteed in the event that we are not able to stop a shipment in time.
