Your order may be switched in one of a few scenarios.
Most often this happens if you did not complete your online assessment at the time of placing your order and we did not hear back from you, or if the provider did not recommend a prescription product. In these cases we send out all of the products you ordered (save for the prescription product) and refund any difference in cost.
Your order may also be switched in the event of recent changes where we're no longer able to prescribe in your state. We will do our best to always reach out to let you know if this happens, and will put you on a list to let you know when it becomes available in your state again.
