your order can get switched in one of a few scenarios. the first is that your doctor let you know they don't recommend a certain product for you at this time, so we switch your order for you and refund any difference in cost.
the second, is if you did not complete your online assessment at the time of placing your order and we did not hear back from you. in this case we send out all of the products you ordered, save for the prescription product, and refund any difference in cost.
finally, it can get switched in the event of recent changes where we're no longer able to prescribe in your state, but we will reach out to let you know in all of these situations, and will put you on a list to let you know when it becomes available in your state again.
