how do i update my contact information?

Quick Tip: sign into Hims or Hers account > click "Account" > "Profile" > look for "Account Details" section > click "Edit" > update phone number or email > click "Save changes"

Whether you have new phone number or a different email address you'd like to use, we're here to help. Read on for our step-by-step guide on how to update your contact information.

Important Notes: 

  • You can update your contact information anytime, but there can only be one phone number and one email address associated with your account. You will not be able to receive password reset links to two separate emails or phone numbers.
  • To update your shipping address, read the article here as the process is different.
  • To update your name or date of birth, please get in touch with our support team at (Hims) / (Hers).

Step 1: Finding the Profile Dashboard

  • First, head over to the Hims or Hers website and log into your account.
  • Hims account: once logged in, click on the menu icon at the top right corner of the page ("hamburger-shaped," three horizontal lines) to pull up the black sidebar. On this, click "Account" to bring up the menu.
    • It should look like this:

  • Hers account: once logged in, click on the "ACCOUNT" button at the top right corner of the page (white button to the left of the cart symbol). It should look like this:

  • After this step, you should see the account options at the top of the page. From here, click on "Profile" as circled in the screenshot below.



Step 2: Your Profile Dashboard

  • You should see your profile dashboard now. Look for the section with the heading, "Account Details." Your legal name, email, phone number, and birthday are here.
  • At the bottom of the section, you should see a button with a pencil icon followed by the word "Edit." Click this!



Step 3: Editing Your Contact Information

  • This will pull up a text form as shown below. Enter the phone number or email address you'd like to use in the appropriate field and click the "Save changes" button at the bottom right.
