is hims & hers a subscription service?

hims & hers is a subscription service with several custom cadence options (depending on the product), though a-la-carte items can be purchased at any time from our shop. The only items available for purchase without a subscription are over-the-counter items. Shipment frequency depends on the prescription and cannot be individually customized.  

All kits and prescription products are subscription based and cannot be purchased a-la-carte, which is agreed to in checkout when you place your order. You are free to snooze your orders whenever you need to.
